Kristel brings extensive experience across the NDIS and disability support sector, building her career through hands-on frontline work and progressive leadership roles. Starting as a Support Worker, she developed strong expertise supporting participants with complex needs before moving into Team Leader positions.
She is passionate about mentoring teams, strengthening service delivery, and achieving high-quality, participant-centred outcomes. Her personal connection to the disability community through her son provides a meaningful perspective that shapes her empathetic and practical approach.
With qualifications in community sector management and ageing support, Kristel focuses on staff development, operational coordination, and maintaining strong compliance within NDIS frameworks.

Emma-Kate has both professional experience in the disability sector and a lifelong personal connection to the disability community. Her understanding of the challenges individuals and families may face has been shaped through growing up alongside family members with disabilities, giving her a compassionate and genuine perspective in her work.
She is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and creating environments where participants feel respected, safe, and empowered. Emma-Kate has particular strengths in supporting participants with high behavioural needs, promoting emotional wellbeing, and helping individuals build confidence and independence within their communities.
Holding a Certificate IV in Youth Work, she is committed to advocacy, inclusion, and equal opportunities for people living with disability. Emma-Kate believes disability should never limit what someone can achieve and is dedicated to helping participants reach their goals.

With experience across disability support, healthcare, and community care, Brittney brings a compassionate and deeply personal perspective to her role as a Team Leader at HCA.
Her own lived experience overcoming learning difficulties and mental health challenges has shaped her strong empathy and commitment to supporting others with patience and understanding.
Known for her resilience and communication skills, Brittney provides personalised, respectful care that builds trust and promotes positive outcomes.
Her background includes working with children with autism, adults with complex needs, and individuals navigating mental health challenges, all supported by her clinical knowledge as a qualified Enrolled Nurse.
Brittney is dedicated to continuing her education in mental health, aiming to deepen her expertise and enhance the support she provides to those in her care.

With qualifications in health services and individual support, and further studies in disability support underway, Maddie is committed to continuous improvement and positive outcomes for participants and staff. Her approachable leadership style helps foster strong teams and supportive environments where people can thrive.
