Home Carers Alliance provides a range of in-home and community-based support services for people with disabilities who are participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). These services include Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access, and Transportation.
About the Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist participants in a supported living environment according to their individual needs and life goals to help them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around providing support with daily living, including personal care, domestic duties, various skill development activities, medication administration, and social and community participation.

We're looking for people with excellent people skills, whilst previous industry experience is favourable, you will need to have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our participants by allowing them to have choice and control over their lives.

National Police Check
Valid Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain
